Giving Thanks

In a couple of weeks, it will be the 8th Thanksgiving the Pub and its community have shared. We've done potlucks for 7 of the 8, and while in 2020 we weren't allowed to be inside together, we still brought a small amount of food to share and encouraged people to hang out (6 feet apart) in the courtyard with us. It's one of my favorite days next to the Prom anniversary parties and my birthday. I hate the commercialism of the holidays, but spending it with my chosen family, this community is a gift in itself.
I don't want to bring up the grief, anger, and disappointment many of us are feeling over the state of politics, but I also don't want to ignore it. I think John Oliver says it best, and if you have 10 minutes, please give him a watch:
If you have time, money, or resources you can provide, or if you need help or have questions, here are a few Kitsap Groups:

To end this post with a Pub-specific update, the Tardis (the bigger of the 2 rooms) has new chairs!

I think the next room to get an update will be the Console Cave, so stay tuned!
Thanks for supporting the Pub and this community!
